POLI 101 Analyzing Political Data--Winter '24 University of California-Santa Cruz

This course focuses on the analysis of quantitative data in the study of politics. Through hands-on assignments students learn to describe data and statistical relationships, measure complex variables, assess statistical significance and construct multivariate models with both indirect relationships and interactions. The course is specifically designed to meet UCSC's Statistical Reasoning (SR) General Education (GE) Requirement.
